THE CEASE E-LEARNING IS READY !

In Europe, 1 in 3 women experience physical or sexual violence throughout their life while 1 in 4 is victim of domestic violence.
As most of them are working, what can employers do for them?

Discover the E-learning training modules, addressed to employees, managers, HR managers, staff representative... Everybody who wants to learn how to listen, support and orientate a colleague victim of domestic violence but also to set up prevention and support measures within your organisation.

CEASE Final Conference
On the 20th of November, Fondation Agir Contre l'ExclusionPour la solidarité, Diesis scrl-fs and CSR Hellas organised the closing conference in Brussels, which has led to the creation of the first European network of companies and organisations involved in the fight against domestic violence.

With more than 90 participants, two round tables and about 15 speakers, this event was a real success! It was the occasion to present CEASE project and the different tools created within this framework

European Corporate Network

The European Corporate Network (ECN) is the first Network created to support victims of Gender-based violence, to transform companies in leaders on this subject and to encourage a behavioral change within the public and private sector. The members are from France, Belgium and Greece.

CEASE Action Kit

The action kit for companies is multi-sectorial and multi-dimensional approach, being adapted to different economic sectors and companies’ size and tackling violence in a comprehensive way, considering intersectional dimensions of Gender-based violence (social, economic, and ethnic backgrounds of the victims, but also physical and mental disabilities).

Besides the 300 people trained in 35 companies at European level to welcome, guide and support employees victims of domestic violence, different tools were created. For more information, check the CEASE website HERE or download all the materials down there:
