Bulldog Bash 2020 is coming! 

The 5th annual Bulldog Bash is just around the corner!  This is a FULL BAND fundraiser which means we need ALL of our wonderful band parents to step up and help out.  There 12 groups working hard to prepare for this Drumline competition on Saturday, February 15th and our Bash team is working hard to make this the best Bulldog Bash we’ve ever hosted! 

As we have done in the past, we are asking for donations for soft drinks (brand specific) and baked goods (homemade or store bought) for our concession stand and for volunteers to help at the event.  Please click on the area(s) where you can help out and sign up today!

In conjunction with the Bulldog Bash, our annual raffle ticket sale is underway and all band families are encouraged to sell as many tickets as they can.  With 4,000 tickets to sell we have the potential to earn over $25,000 for our band program!  

We have many great prizes to raffle off including our grand prize, a Big Green Egg! Other top prizes include gift cards to Kroger, Wilkes Meat Market, and some of the restaurants at Town Center Park.  We also have a senior or family photo session, a 32” Smart TV, Family Fun passes to Main Event, passes to Suwanee Beer Fest and Wine Fest, and a gift card to Bella Vita Salon to give away. Tickets are $10 each or 3 for $20 and can be picked up in the Band office.  Ticket stubs and money should be turned in to either of the band directors by February 13 or at the raffle table on the morning of the Bulldog Bash. Drawings for prizes will be held before the awards ceremony that evening. Winners don’t have to be present to win, but, we’d love to have you at the Bash – it should be a day filled with great performances by all of the groups competing!  If you have already received tickets but can’t sell all you have, please turn those back in so that others might have the opportunity to sell them.  

Finally, this year, the kids can win prizes for selling raffle tickets!  Top sellers among the Indoor Drumline team, Winter Guard, and other Band Students will each win $50.  The first 50 students to turn in at least 12 ticket stubs and money will receive a card for a free Chick-fil-a sandwich (we still have a little over 30 of these to give out!).  And, last but not least, for every 12 tickets they sell, students will have a chance at winning one of 20+ gift cards to places like Starbucks, Five Guys, Planet Smoothie, and other fun places.  The more raffle tickets they sell the more chances they have to win one (or more) of these gift cards. Ticket stubs and money must be turned in by February 13 to be eligible for these prizes.
