Dear IHS '64 Classmates,
Dreary January is over -- lots of rain here and cloudy days. AND seems like February is starting out the same way - at least rain in forecast later this week -- but not the snowstorms others around the country are getting.
Super Bowl over -- most of us still sad that the Saints weren't in the line-up, but at least we had the fun with the LSU Tigers. AND the LSU basketball team is undefeated in the SEC so far! This past Saturday, the late Pete Maravich was remembered for all the records that he established 50 years ago (how many of you remember hearing about this kid playing in the LSU Cow Barn with the floppy socks that so many of us went to see). If you were not aware, he married Jackie Elliser, our classmate. She was on Center Court to receive a plaque honoring his records of 50 years -- that still STAND -- at halftime with one of their two sons. Our hearts were with you Jackie from several of us who were in attendance to share with you in that bittersweet moment.
Our IHS monthly luncheon is this Saturday at Drusilla Seafood Restaurant on corner of Drusilla and Jefferson Highway at 11:30. We hope you will be able to join us.

Send us your data for our database
We published a 50th Reunion Booklet that was given out to everyone at the July event and wanted to include as many listings as possible. If you weren't listed or want to change data - addresses, phone numbers, family info, and what you've been doing, please contact us. Many of you have been contacted recently via phone or email by the Reunion Committee and we have up to date reports. However, there area a lot of folks with old data on file, so if you haven't already done so, please send us your data using our convenient new online form or the traditional printed "snail mail" version. We would hope that most folks will use the online form since it reduces the amount of typing the committee volunteers have to do!

Missing Indians
We've maintained and updated the old classmates list from our 50th reunion and will use it and recent information to keep our database current. A list of "Missing Indians" has been posted and will be updated each week as we find people and move them to the "found" list. Please help us find the missing classmates and faculty members.

In case you haven't visited our Gallery Pages, there are many photos there that classmates have scanned and emailed to us for everyone to see. Send us your photos along with captions. Scan at 300 dpi or less to keep the size down. Send to ihs1964@yahoo.com .
