If you use a scooter or wheelchair, come along to Dance and Roll for a free trial session. No matter your age, gender or dance experience, the most important thing is that you have fun and enjoy yourself moving along to a variety of rhythms.
Dancing is a great opportunity to meet new people, improve your mental and physical wellbeing. Accessible toilets and parking is available at the venue.

Introduction to Computers
Thursdays from 16 April, 1 - 3pm

This introductory course is aimed at people aged 55+. It will teach you how to do basic tasks on your computer, for example, how to create a document, search a topic of interest on the internet and how to send an email. BYO snacks, tea/coffee are provided.
