Mercy and Justice Ministry Blanket Drive

As homeless shelters prepare to close until later this year, West Covina Christian Church’s Mercy and Justice Ministry is conducting a blanket drive to help keep someone warm.

Today, until Sunday, February 23, bring a twin or full size new or gently used blanket to the church. Join us in this ministry and help share the love of Christ one blanket at a time.

Concert of Prayer

Come together for an evening of prayer tomorrow, February 5 at 7pm. We gather for this time of prayer on the first Wednesday of each month. If you'd like to attend but require transportation, let us know and we'll do our best to arrange a carpool.

Valentine's Couples Lunch

Join us for our annual Valentine's lunch this Saturday, February 8 at 11:30am. This year, we'll be celebrating Our Love Story: A Spiritual Valentine Card from Our God to Us Today.

The cost is $15 per person. Invite your family and friends; individuals and couples from outside West Covina Christian Church are free.

Worship Ministry Kickoff

The worship ministry is planning a kickoff event on Sunday, February 16, open to current members of the ministry and anyone (ages 12+) who is interested in audio/visual technology or interested in learning/using music to serve the church. Child Dedication

Our worship service on Sunday, February 16 will feature a child dedication, a time in which parents make a commitment to raise their child according to His Word and ways.

If you're interested in having your child or children dedicated, you're invited to a class this Sunday, February 9 at 9:15am in room 2. For more information on child dedication, contact Pastor Kory Wenell.

Baptism & New Members

On Sunday, March 29, we'll be welcoming people to the family of God and West Covina Christian Church during a baptism and new members service.

If you're interested in being baptized or becoming a member of the church, a class will start on Sunday, February 16 at 9:15am in room 2.
