We will be looking at the not-quite-lost art of sign painting, including talking about Wall Dogs and Ghost Signs.
Last week we looked at beds in art and literature and then literally made our own beds! The kids saw the speech by Admiral William McCraven on why, if you want to change the world, you should start by making your bed each morning.
The week before last we looked at how cars are designed. They start with a drawing, then full-size clay models are made, and then steel. Using a Pinewood Derby body, and lots of air dry clay, we designed our own cars!
