The ALIA FireAid Auction will now close at 7pm - except for the lovely Green Hippo Hippotizer PREP which you can bid on up to Monday 12pm!
Similar to Grays Online, the bidding only stops 10 minutes after the last bid has been received even if this happens after the published closing time of the auction. This is done due to the latency of online auctions and to make sure an auction isn’t stopped whilst people are still actively bidding. Winners will be contacted tomorrow and asked to donate their money to one of the two charities ALIA is supporting. Once a receipt has been shown, their details will be sent to the appropriate distributor to arrange shipment. The decision has been made to split the money between the RSPCA and BlazeAid.
