Rugged Running Boot Camp
"I was at the point where I thought my running days might be over, years of PT and numerous doctors left me with more questions than answers and no relief. Michele thoughtfully studied my symptoms, gait patterns, shoe fit and put the pieces together. After one weekend at boot camp, I left with my tool bag full of strength and mobility exercises, recovery tools and techniques, and the proper footwear!
