The Rhode Island Department of Health (RIDOH) wants to hear from families and people who work with families across RI!

RIDOH is looking for your input on what is important to you and your community to improve the health and well-being of families and children.  This input will help guide our ongoing work of the Title V Maternal and Child Health and Family Visiting Programs.    

There are two surveys: one for families and one for professional – both surveys voluntary and anonymous.   You can fill out one of both of the surveys.  Please complete by February 14, 2020 – we want to hear from you!!!!
