2020 Parking Budget Approved
Last night, the City's Director of Finance, Tiffany Clark, provided an overview of the City's 2020 Parking Budget. It was approved by Council. Highlights of the presentation include the continued uptake of Honk Mobile. There was a 48% increase in usage from 2018 to 2019, offering residents and visitors the option to pay for parking, directly from their smart phones. Parking fines can also now be paid online through Paymentus, a third party processor, reducing the overall cost to the municipality on service fees.
