We are thinking sunny thoughts (don't worry, we got you Michigan) and the Sunshine state as we just rented out our newly renovated home on Sarasota and helped our buyers land a sweet house on Lauderdale.
After taking a few months to button up this property, the KV Team is happy to welcome a new family to the Forest Hills community and to this beautifully updated home. We are continually impressed with the contractors and subs that we get to interact with and we are super pumped with how the home came together. We wish our renters happy times & sunny days ahead on Sarasota.
And a big congrats goes out to our clients who had an offer accepted on Lauderdale. The pretty stain glass door will welcome them home to their open floor plan & the craftsman's fireplace will provide a cozy spot for their crew to hang out. Add in the newly renovated kitchen and large bedrooms and everyone will be feeling sunshiney. (Not word but, it should be.)
