In Romania, Dragobete is known as a day for lovers, like Valentine's Day. For that reason, we're celebrating Dragobete a little early with traditional Romanian favorites.
We have paired each course with an appropriate Romanian wine, most notably the ancient and indigenous Fetească Neagră red with the main course. There will likely be a surprise charcuterie item or two with the Zacuscă course. There will be only one seating for this menu, limited to 24 guests.
