We just wanted to give you a quick heads up on an issue that's popped up over the last 72 hours, it only appears to affect our customers that use lighting or door automation
In some cases this feature has stopped functioning, or is producing an error message when being used.
We are still investigating the source of the issue which we suspect may relate to a Windows update, however in the meantime the fix is very easy, simply give your computer a full reboot and everything should return to normal again , if it doesn't please email as support@storagesecurity.com.au with your Teamviewer details and we'll investigate further
