The Windsor Chamber spearheaded a funding drive to buy massage gift certificates for first responders. Lorene Romero will present the massage certificates (136) to the first responders who kept Windsor safe: Sonoma County Fire District; Windsor Police Department; Sonoma County Animal Services; Bell Ambulance EMTs
