Eucharistic Visitors take Holy Communion to members who are unable to attend the weekly service because of hospitalization or being shut-in. EVs help bring the church and community to them. St. James invites everyone who feels called to this ministry to contact Cynthia Thornburg, 865-235-6217. EVs are required to complete a training day at St. James, and to complete “Safeguarding God’s People” online training from the diocese. Children
 
Children’s Chapel, Sunday, 10:30 a.m. Early in the service, children 4-9 are invited to follow the crucifer to Children’s Chapel, where they enjoy Bible stories, arts and crafts, and fun with other kids. They return to the service at offertory time.
 
Adults
Adult Formation classes meet in Conference Room A unless otherwise specified.
