INTRO TO KUNDALINI YOGA
This will be an evening of Kundalini Yoga and Community for people of all ages and fitness levels. It doesn't matter if you've practiced yoga a hundred times or if this is your first, you'll leave feeling uplifted, centered and empowered.
The evening will start off with a little intro talk about Kundalini Yoga and then we'll go right into practicing. There will be postures, meditation, breathwork and mantra. And then we'll end it with a deep relaxation to integrate the effects.
