“You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.” ~ Martin Luther King, Jr.

February is a fantastic month to challenge yourself because it has 28 days or 4 weeks. People, it seems, like numbers like this when starting things.

So, what could you achieve in just 28 days if you put your mind to it?

My guess is - quite a lot!

Join the 28-Day Challenge

A few years back I created a FREE online programme called “The 28-Day Challenge”. It’s full of simple tips and resources to help keep you on track for 28 days. If you’d like to take part just click here. I know it’s the 2nd February but this year we have 29 days in February!

I also provide some extra tips in my short blog post Star Goals for Star Players and this connects with how the 28-Day Challenge can help you become a Star Player in just one month.

What could you achieve in 28 Days?

I think it’s important that I can walk my own talk!

On 1st January I went on the Fast800 eating plan and I added in a long walk 4 times per week. Four weeks later and I’ve managed to reduce my weight by 4kgs. That’s 1kg per week. I provided some tips on how to achieve a weight reduction goal in last week’s post. I’ve still got a way to go to achieve my ultimate weight goal. However, I feel great!

Therefore, I’m going to join you on your 28-day journey to reduce my weight by a further 4 kgs. If I can do it, so can you!

Let’s do it together!

"You have to motivate yourself with challenges. That's how you know you're still alive." ~Jerry Seinfeld

What are you waiting for?

Think of something that you’d like to change and that you could actively work on for 1 month and register here for the 28-Day Challenge. If you’re struggling to formulate that one thing then join anyway because the first tutorial is about how to identify something that you could work on. I provide a list of ideas here.

See you on the other side…

Humour

"Never fear failure, always embrace it."
My mom said as she released me from her hug.

The Invisible Man has a warrant out for his arrest.
The charge is "Failure to appear”.

Why is it not a good idea to tell your parents about your failures while they are on an elevator?
It would cause them to be disappointed on many different levels.
