FEATURE OF THE WEEK
CATHOLIC SCHOOLS WEEK
LEARN, SERVE, LEAD, SUCCEED
It has been a very exciting Catholic Schools Week here at Holy Innocents. It began with a beautiful Mass. We had our Pre-K and 1st Grade visit our convent for a tour. Our 8th Graders played the teachers in a game of volleyball. The teachers won. There were spelling bee's, religion bowls, stories with their reading buddies and 1st in Math Awards. Holy Innocents students worked with St. Lucy's and Archbishop Ryan students and teachers to better understand how they can help those students with visual and hearing impairments. A Chinese New Year celebration was enjoyed by Grade 2 and a Topsy Turvey activity with the teachers switching grades was a fun event. A door decorating contest for each classroom resulted in a win by:
First Floor - PK 4, Second Floor, 2nd Grade, Third Floor- 6th Grade. Runners up were Pre-K 3, Kindergarten and 5th Grade. Thank you to Father Tom, Sister Regina and the teachers, staff and students for making this a most memorable Catholic Schools Week.

REGISTRATION 2020-2021
If you have not already done so, please complete your TADS Tuition Management Agreement to ensure a place for your child for the 2020-2021 school year.
Please return to school the Enrollment form and the Tads Email Preference form, that were in your tuition packet, if you have not already done so.
Registration for new families is 2/04 from 9 to 11 AM and 6:30 to 8:00 P.M.
CANDY SALE
World's Finest Chocolate Candy Sale began on January 28th! Sale ends on February 13th. Each carrier will contain an assortment of 60 candy bars selling for
$1.00 each. Each family is asked to sell 1 carrier. Please see the flyer that was sent home on Tuesday, January 14th. Ask your family, friends, relatives, co-workers and neighbors. Delicious chocolate and prizes will be awarded based on carriers sold.

FAMILY REFERRAL PROGRAM
If you refer a new family to Holy Innocents School and they meet the stated terms and conditions, you will receive a tuition allowance equal to $300 for the 2019-2020 school year.

CHILDREN'S SCHOLARSHIP FUND
As of September 14 families may apply to CSFP's random scholarship lottery online at www.csfphiladelphia.org. CSFP's application will remain open until March 1, 2020.

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS
We provide After-School Programs for Elementary and Middle School age students. We offer Homework Assistance, Literacy Activities through a partnership with the Free Library of Philadelphia, Kid Fit Challenge, Hands on STEM Activities (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math), Design Squad, Cooking and Sports Club, High School and Career Exploration, First Priority for Summer Camp Program, Health Assessment an Shot Records are needed.
