Nominations are due February 1, 2020. Winners will be notified by February 7th and invited to accept their award at the Jordan’s Journey 9th Annual Gala at the Hartford Marriot Downtown in Hartford, CT on April 25, 2020.

Nominations must be submitted by a Fresh Check Day organizer on campus
