Please join us for an energizing day of training and peer learning at the next Health Equity Zone (HEZ) Learning Community on Friday, February 28 from 8:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Grand Ballroom, 801 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick, RI.  A light breakfast and healthy lunch will be served.

During the Learning Community, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Hear from HEZ mentors about centering resident voices during the prioritization process.
  • Discover how community-clinical linkages can address chronic disease in your community.
  • Provide input on how RIDOH will invest to address maternal and child health outcomes.
