PASSWORD RESETS

ACOE Information Technology will be prompting all users to reset their passwords on Monday, February 3. Your machine will prompt you to change the password as a pop up (not through an email). This will also change your ACOE Google accounts (any account that allows you to sign-in with Google).

We are elevating our security measures as an organization to protect staff, teacher and student information. There has been a recent increase in attempts and successful cyber attacks in the Bay Area. We must all do our part as an organization to prevent these attacks from being successful.

ACOE IT will never ask for your login/password or any other identifying information such as your social security number. If at any point you receive an email, call or any other form of communication requesting that information, please forward that request to serviceit@acoe.org, so that we can block that spam and phishing attempt.

If you have any issues or questions related to the password change, please let us know at serviceit@acoe.org.
