Seek First Worship & Prayer Night: This Sunday

The first Seek First Worship & Prayer Night of the year will be this coming Sunday, February 23rd, at 6:30PM at Dolores Park Church. We are hosting these nights once per quarter to instill a posture of intercession and prayer for renewal both in our church and in our city. All are encouraged to join us as we press into worship, intercession, and the things of the Spirit, such as prophecy, visions, words of knowledge, healing, and more. (Parking available at Everett.)

Ash Wednesday Service: Feb. 26th at DPC

To begin the season of Lent in preparation for Easter, we will host an Ash Wednesday Service in partnership with Eucharist Church on February 26th at 7PM at Dolores Park Church (parking available at Everett). Similar to last year's service, attendees can expect times of prayer, song, Scripture reading, confession, communion, and imposition of an ash cross upon the forehead as a sign of our mortality. Children are welcome and encouraged to participate in this service with their parents. (Since the service will include communion and imposition of ashes, we recommend sharing the importance of these rituals with children beforehand.)

RSF Families: Social on March 1st

On March 1st at 11AM, come join other families at the Sanchez Elementary School Playground, which is just west of the Everett parking lot, for a relaxed time of connection and fun. We'll provide pizza, and the school playground will be open for your kids to play. To help us plan for food, please register. (We're hosting a Family Social on the first Sunday of every month this year, at this same time and location.)

Renewal Partner Event: Rise Prep Open House

Last December during our Year-End Giving campaign, we introduced you to a new Renewal Partner Organization: Rise University Preparatory School, an independent, 6th-8th grade school in the Bayview committed to educational excellence, equity, and reconciliation. On February 27th from 5:30-6:30, Rise Prep will host an open house for potential supporters to learn about their work and mission. Join for drinks, hors d'oeuvres, and testimonies from students and parents that reflect God's heart for justice and peace in our city.
