  • Greg Collins noticed the garage door was open when he left the church on February 16th. He upon investigation he discovered someone had broken into the church garage. They broke the light over the door and pried the door open...no tractors missing or garden equipment were taken. It appears they cleaned out our tools on the workbench and a couple of extension cords. A report was made to the sheriff’s department.
    John Ahrens and Adam Bauer will be meeting to look into cameras, cameras tied to phones, that record to a DVR, audio alarms, lighting improvements, system that comes with professional monitoring, etc.

After receiving survey results and input we will hold youth study and gatherings if there are a minimum of 3 students signed up for the session. Wednesday event determination will take place the Sunday before. Sunday event determination will take place the Wednesday before. Our Hope 5th & 6th grade kids sampling the food they prepared, with Janice Boudreau's great instruction and guidance, in the Chineses Cooking Class. The students are learning how to create a menu, prepare a meal, and serve family and friends.

The youth will be providing soup, salad and bread with free will donation going towards the July 2022 National Youth Gathering in Texas. Fight the winter cold and warm up with fellowship and some soup.

Youth Volunteers Needed:
Calling youth and families with students 5th graders and up: Please consider signing up to help with the winter soup and salad fundraiser. If you have a student presently in 5th grade he or she will be eligible to attend the 2022 National Youth Gathering to Texas. Your help and efforts now  will help defray the cost three years from now. Bring soup, salad, containers, or help clean up.

“Built On The Rock” is the Minnesota South District 2020 spring leadership summit, a one-day workshop led by Ted Kober (from Ambassadors of Reconciliation) that will inspire and call church leaders back to the basics of what really makes a church healthy. If you would like to go we can have 1 more spot available free of charge. If others would like to go they can pay their own way. Contact Kristi Bauer.
