Through guided exercises, participants will think critically about their research questions, the types of data that they have gathered to answer their research questions, and the types of tools that are optimal for advancing their research. We will explore a menu of tools before doing a deeper dive into using Recogito. Participants can bring their own data sets, or work with a supplied set. During the exercises, participants will think about Black feminist approaches to challenging notions of scale and definitions of a data set.
