Dear Plantrician Project Friends,

In this love focused weekend that also happens to fall in the middle of American Heart Month, we'd like to share with you a portion of the 2019 PBNHC lecture given by Dr. Columbus Batiste, MD titled "A Cure For A Broken Heart - the Role of Diet and Stress in Heart Disease."

In this portion of his lecture, Dr. Batiste, a highly respected and renowned Kaiser Permanente Cardiologist, shares how and why we should reduce not just our physical stress but also our nutritional stress.

We hope you take a bit of time this weekend to show love and appreciation to yourself and to those you love by eating plenty of health promoting, disease fighting foods and by taking time relax and de-stress, perhaps by enjoying a meditative walk like the one Dr. Batiste mentions toward the end of this lecture.
In Health,
If you'd like to watch Dr. Batiste's entire lecture, or you'd like to view some or all of the lectures available from recent conferences, please visit our Video On Demand Gallery here.

Patient interest in all things plant-based is booming, so it's no surprise that demand for evidence-based clinical education related to the plant-based dietary lifestyle is booming as well. The number of early registrants we have seen for this year's 8th Annual PBNHC is significantly higher than in years past.

Our beautiful Palm Desert venue is larger this year than in previous years, but space is still limited. Be sure to save your spot now for PBNHC2020. The lowest pricing of the year is still in effect.
