VKC researchers Erik Carter, Elise McMillan, and Julie Lounds Taylor are seeking feedback and advice from parents or siblings across Middle Tennessee whose family members with disabilities are working and those who are not. As part of their new national center on the employment of individuals with IDD, they are developing a practical intervention to support parents interested in helping their family members find employment. To be eligible, you must be the parent or family member (e.g., sibling) of an adult with intellectual disability, autism, or other developmental disabilities who is 16-65 years old.
