Dr. Oz says for optimum heart health, we should all know our numbers:
- Blood pressure
- Cholesterol (HDL and LDL)
Plus, we should eat healthy and exercise. Dr. Oz suggests snacking on mixed nuts instead of sweets.
Regarding exercise, even 10 minutes a day of vigorous exercise is beneficial. Many people sit for long periods throughout the day so it’s important to stand up every 30 minutes or so and move around.
