All K-12 teachers are invited to participate in this four-day interactive professional development program, where you'll be immersed in hands-on music, theater, visual arts and dance experiences and dive into the mindsets that help build creativity. The two full Arts Immersion days are hands-on and interactive. The two Curriculum Integration half-days provide opportunities to apply what you have learned- you will create STEAM-based activities for your classroom that support the VAPA standards.
Please confirm with your principal or site leader that you are able to attend all four days before signing up through Eventbrite. SMCOE will provide reimbursement for the cost for a substitute teacher for the four days.
Meals and buses from SMCOE will be provided. Schools/districts will be reimbursed for the cost of substitute teachers.

"Creativity Residencies: Building Mindsets for Future-Ready Educators" is a professional development program hosted in partnership between The San Mateo County Office of Education and Lime Design. Space is limited.
