Have Your Say on Coffs Harbour Council's Cultural Plans.
Screenwave International Film Festival
Do you live or work in the Coffs Harbour LGA and would like to contribute to the cultural planning of the area? Coffs Harbour City Council currently have three surveys seeking community feedback.
1) Discussion Paper - Performing Arts Spaces (Indoor & Outdoor)

The issue of performing arts spaces in the Coffs Harbour area has been considered by Council  and the community over many years. A report by Hawkridge Entertainment Services considers issues and options involved.

Residents have the opportunity to make submissions on the report by Friday February 28.

2) Coffs Harbour City Community & Cultural Facilities Planning

Council is undertaking studies into community facilities broadly across the Local Government Area. The community facilities being reviewed include community and youth centres, halls and other indoor venues (including performing arts spaces). These studies will ensure  plans can be put in place to provide facilities that meet the needs of the growing Coffs community.

There are a range of community consultations planned and residents can complete an online survey, open until March 3.

3) City Hill Future Options - Have Your Say

City Hill is a Council-owned site on the corner of Hogbin Drive and Albany Street where the National Cartoon Gallery @ the Bunker and the Bridge Club are located. Over the years there have been various stakeholder consultations on the use of the site and varied and conflicting views on what could and should be considered by Council for City Hill.

Locale Consulting has now completed for the Council a site analysis for the City Hill site to better understand the land use planning, land titles and urban design context.

Residents can now have their say on the report with submissions closing March 3.
