INN Days 2020: Pre-registration is now open for members!

Members: INN Days 2020 is rapidly approaching! Register today for the only conference designed specifically for nonprofit newsrooms, INN Days 2020! Early bird registration is $129 and only open to members until April 17. Regular registration, which will be $169 for members and $209 for non-members, will open April 18.
INN Days, June 16-17 in Washington, D.C., brings together the brightest from across nonprofit news. Before the conference, members can engage in skill-building cohorts during a pre-conference day on June 15. Regular conference sessions will help members build relationships with donors, engage with underrepresented audiences and get trained in branding, marketing and more. Details of the 2020 agenda are still to be announced (including reviewing all of your session proposals!), but here's the agenda from last year's conference for a look at what's to come. Especially during this time of rapid growth for nonprofit news, learn what's working from those who are pioneering the movement by attending INN Days 2020.
After registration, you can prepare for INN Days by:
- Helping facilitate a new cohort: We currently have three closed cohorts and several open peer groups that traditionally meet at INN Days: Rural newsrooms, statehouse newsrooms and development directors. What are we missing? Help facilitate a new cohort. Deadline to pitch is Friday, Feb. 28.
- Apply for a travel scholarship: INN will reimburse member organizations up to $200 for one day of travel costs and up to $400 for two days of travel costs for one staff member to attend INN Days conference. Applications will open soon — stay tuned.
- Reserve your hotel room: Don't wait until registration is closed— reserve your room at The Westin Alexandria Old Town for INN's rate of $179 per night. Especially during this election year, hotels rooms are at a premium in the DC area in 2020.

- With the launch of The Accountability Project, a new data resource that allows anyone to search across a wide variety of public data sets, the Investigative Reporting Workshop is accepting pitches for stories that draw from its database.
