Habitat for Humanity Cyclathon

This past weekend our school, together with some of our neighbouring schools, had the privilege of participating in the 2020 Habitat for Humanity Cyclathon, This 25-hour event took place at the V&A Waterfront on 7 and 8 February. There were many talented acts and incredible prizes were won. A total of R250 000 was raised. This will go towards building houses through Habitat for Humanity South Africa. We thank all friends, family and students for contributing to this incredible cause and for joining in the school spirit.  Photo: Emma September

Ignition Society Camp

The annual Christian Union camp, with learners from WGHS, WBHS and RBHS,  took place in the first weekend of February at the beautiful Rocklands Centre in Simonstown. Thank you to Megan De Villiers and the Ignition team, along with the committees from the other schools, for making the camp a success. We had quality speakers and a great band that helped the learners engage with their faith. Ms Jordan Tame
