Join us this Friday for the Steel City’s first and only puppet radio show. Hosted by Mr. Funfangles, the show’s second episode on Feb. 7 will revolve around the topic of air quality—and GASP’s own Executive Director Rachel Filippini will be among the special guests. 

 Here’s what you need to know if you want to go.

Save the date: This year GASP will be one of about 90 organizations participating in the 2020 Highmark Walk for a Healthy Community, an annual fundraising event benefiting local health and human services organizations.

The primary goal of the Walk is to help participating organizations like GASP raise money for their individual missions. The secondary goal of the Walk is to energize community members to have a greater hand in their health by becoming or staying physically active.

Registration begins at 7:45 a.m. and the 5K Walk begins at 9 a.m. The one-mile Fun Walk begins at 9:15 a.m.

You're Invited: Kundalini Yoga and Gong Bath with Leta Koontz Fundraiser for GASP
 

Our friends at Schoolhouse Yoga will be hosting a fundraiser benefiting GASP in May and you’re invited! The East Liberty studio will offer Kundalini Yoga and Gong Bath with Leta Koontz from 4 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. on Sunday, May 24.

The suggested donation is $20.
