While gyms are shut, as health professionals we can still run 1:1 rehab sessions with clients.
So if anyone wants to come in for rehab or rugby fitness or just a bit of a sweat sesh.
Zoom/telehealth appointments are also available for those that can't or prefer not to come in person.
