Thank you for joining us in prayer this week.  We acknowledge together that God is greater, that he is our hope and comfort and that he reigns over all things.

MUMBAI 2020

Give thanks to God for the individuals and churches that have given over £10,000 for Elim Missions to partner with our global partner in Mumbai to establish a preschool, kids club and then a church to lead the children and their families to a better future. The Dharavi slum is the largest in Asia.

Pray that God will lead those on the ground in this new mission. Please continue to pray for regular ongoing supporters.

SIAN DAVIES - UGANDA

-    Please pray for the Biojemmss organisation following a recent break in, where students woke to find thieves in their property.

-    Please pray for continued protection for the community and that the gang responsible will be brought to justice.  Pray for the area to be safe again.

ROBIN & JANET FENNER – SOUTH AFRICA

-    Urgent prayer needed for the protests in and around our community.
-    For provision of funds for our car repair and for our upcoming furlough.
-    For rain.
-    For our vision and new direction.
-    For our children in Essex and Dublin.
-    For the Emmanuel churches we work with and minister to.

Thank you for your continued prayer and financial support and what you are doing in the Kingdom.

TERRY & JUDI MOTT - KENYA

-    Please pray for the current weather conditions and the effect it is having on ourselves and our subsistence farming neighbours. There should be two growing seasons with long rains from March to June and short rains September to November.  However this year we have started with floods and it is still raining. It is too wet to dig, plough or plant anything.

-    Please pray for one of the consequences of these farming conditions where more people are leaving Kosele in search of work in the towns and cities, leaving the most vulnerable young and old behind.

-    Please pray for the challenge of trying to share Jesus in the children’s classes. The message of Jesus who told us not to worry about what we will eat and what we will wear is hard to share with children who regularly miss meals and walk in rags and broken shoes.
