Prayer Meeting: A Biblical Perspective

Valentine’s planning made simple! - Forget the traffic and hunting for parking spots and let the Stonehill Choir make Valentine’s Day planning easy! To raise funds for our trip to Carnegie Hall in November, we are hosting a valentines dinner that will include dinner, entertainment, and lots of special little somethings to treat the loved one in your life. Childcare available onsite! Make your reservations using this form.
Adventist Book Center will arrive here at the church to deliver food orders between 10:45am and 11:15am Monday, February 17th. To place an order or learn more please visit www.abckeene.com. Women's Ministries invites you to join the Stonehill SDA team as we walk and run to raise $1000 for brain cancer research at the "Head for the Cure" 5K on Sunday, March 29th at the Domain in Austin. Registration is open until February 12th and costs $27 per person. For more information, contact Bobbie Golding. We hope to see you there!
Stonehill Choir is going to Carnegie Hall!
The Stonehill Choir has been invited to be in residence for a concert series by DCINY Nov. 27-30, 2020. We will be part of a larger choir and perform The Silence and The Sound, a cantata by Heather Sorenson that we performed Christmas 2018. Ms. Sorenson herself will conduct! A group of choir members is planning to go, and we'll need your support to get there. Stay tuned for more information on how you can help.

Pathfinder Club Counselors Needed!
We would love to have another Pathfinder counselor or two join us this spring semester. If you love working with youth and are interested, please complete the Sterling Volunteers screening (link can be found on the church website) and speak to one of our staff members about how you can work with Pathfinders!
Southwestern Adventist University is offering a $5000 Southwestern Union Freshman Scholarship for students from the states of Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas who plan to attend the university Fall of 2020. Call 817-202-6794 for details.

Stewardship in Giving
Did you know it takes $25 per attending person each week to meet the Stonehill Church budget?
1. Local Budget - provides for our church ministries, building, and mortgage.
2. Tithe - sent to Texas Conference to support Texas and worldwide church.
3. Mark specific donations on your tithe envelope, along with your name and address. All unmarked and loose offering supports our Local Budget.
4. Give at Stonehill's Online Giving Page
When filling out your tithe envelope, please clearly write your name (first and last) and address so that we can correctly identify who turned in the envelope and properly post it under the correct name. Thank you in advance for your help.
