As announced in the recent Congregational Meeting and in our last Sunday morning worship service, Pastor Steve Steer’s current pastoral agreement to serve as our Lead Pastor will be concluding on June 30, 2020. Therefore, it is time to begin the process of renewing his contract.
The EFC-ER Church Health Team has prepared a series of questions through an online survey for the elders, lead pastor, church pastoral staff, congregational members, and regular attenders to complete in order to affirm Pastor Steve’s call. Our records indicate that you are a regular attender of Friends Church. As a result, your input is requested and appreciated as an important part of this renewal process.
While compiling the distribution list for this email, we have noted that there are some names in our database that are not regular attenders and we have attempted to remove most of those from receiving this email, but we realize we may have missed a few. If you receive this email but are not a regular attendee of Friends Church, we ask that you ignore this message and do not complete the survey.
If you are a regular attender, please use the following link to complete the on-line confidential survey which typically takes less than 5 minutes. The EFC-ER Church Health Team Director will review the responses and provide feedback to the Elder Board and Pastor Steve.

Please contact the church office to make arrangements to use a church computer if needed. Your promptness for completing the survey is appreciated; the final submission date is February 16, 2020.
