Jesus Cares Ministry launch
On Thursday evening at 6:30 pm we launched our Jesus Cares Ministry. This is worship for individuals with special needs. We had a simple, clear gospel focused message of God's love in Christ. We sang simple songs like Jesus Loves Me This I Know, played maracas, and had piano and guitar. We prayed together. It was great! We look forward to being able to do this on the first Thursday of each month. Get ready for our next Jesus Cares Ministries Worship at the Cross on March 5 at 6:30 pm. Annual Snowbird Appreciation
On February 23 after worship we want to take time to thank our snowbirds for being with us during the season. So we invite all to stay for an appreciation potluck. This is our way of saying thanks and we hope to see them again next year.
Ash Wednesday worship
On Wednesday February 26, Risen Savior gathers to mark the beginning of the season of Lent with a service of confession and absolution for Ash Wednesday. You are invited to join with us starting at 6:30 pm.
Midweek Lent Suppers
Starting on Wednesday February 26 at 5:30 pm, Risen Savior invites you to join us for midweek Lent suppers. Usually soup and salad, these suppers are before our midweek Lent worship services. We hope that this will make it easier for you to attend, knowing that supper is on us. If you're interested in signing up to provide the soup and salad on a particular evening, see the sign up sheets at church under the mailboxes.

Bible study on Sundays
Bible study continuing on the book of Romans. We are taking up a study of the first eight chapters of the book, reading it, pondering it, and dealing with it so it becomes precious to us. Sundays at 9:00 am.
Gathering Grounds Fellowship
Gathering Grounds Fellowship is a group designed for seniors and those winter visitors we have in the area. All are welcome though to come out for devotion, fellowship, and some coffee and dessert. We will start meeting Wednesday January 22 at 10:30 am at church. Come and join!
