Hey Everyone,
Sorry for the delayed trail update but we really had no idea what was out there until we got through the trails. The trails are a mess with trees down everywhere. We've been through maybe half of the trail system and there are still low hanging branches everywhere. We had problems with one groomer so we are down a machine. The other groomers will be out again today trying to get through some more trails. Please be careful and watch for washouts and low hanging branches.
We are partially opening the trails. Everything in the Lake George and Beartown area are passable and you can get to Lake Luzerne and the West Mtn parking lot. The Warren County bike path is closed so you can't get over French Mtn to Washington County.
Wish we had better news but we were short on help with everyone dealing with plowing and power outages. The trail system should be in good shape by mid week. Keep an eye out on Facebook for the most up-to-date trail conditions. Thanks for understanding.
