When Tu BiShvat is celebrated?

The 15th of Shevat on the Jewish calendar—celebrated this year on Monday, February 10, 2020—is the day that we observe 'The New Year of Trees,' which is Tu BiShvat.

Within this Jewish holiday resides an uplifting idea:
at this time of year a unique wave of awakening energy flows through all of creation, deep within the world of nature, a vital Divine force of life begins to wake up, rise up, within each tree, within each leaf and cell, preparing for renewal, rejuvenation and rebirth of the cycle of life.

Why this time of the year is so special to me?
 

Shevat is blessed with many wonders that touch me with soulfulness and tenderness: trees, Mother Earth, life, growth, farming, crops, and fertility.♡ I'm a natural born country girl and nature lover who loves to walk at the Hula Valley along the Jordan River and breathe the spirit of the Galilee.

Nature is at the top of my list for inspiration in my morning meditations and one of my favorite spectacular soul foods ever. I want to bless the water element and the earth element which I love so much with eternity, healing, goodness, and love. What a blessing. Your beauty and grace leave me speechless.

Universe, thank you for nourishing my garden of thoughts with good-hearted and inspiring ideas from true love’s wonderlands in the Galilee, Israel. I am dedicating this time of year to praise and honor the magic of life. G-d, please bless us all with this essence. ♡ Amen.

My deepest hope is that we will open our hearts
to share a powerful and empowering message of Shalom--peace, healing, wholeness, and holiness--for all life on our precious planet.
