Cessnock City Council is seeking interested parties for the leasing and operation of a food outlet (Kiosk / Cafe) Shop 11 at the Hunter Valley Visitor Information Centre under a Lease Agreement. The Hunter Valley Visitor Information Centre and proposed café is located at 455 Wine Country Drive, Pokolbin, adjacent to the Cessnock Regional Airport.
Council is seeking interested parties to operate a Kiosk/Café within the separate café area as per the outlined terms and conditions set by Council in the tender documents. It is envisaged the successful operator will enter into a Lease Agreement with Council. A partial fit out is included and terms are negotiable.
This is a prime opportunity to harness the potential of approximately 90,000 visitors and support the growth of a key community asset.

Submission Details
Submissions may be lodged either electronically by clicking on the button above OR by being placed in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Confidential - Tender for leasing Kiosk/Café EOI 1920-65.” The closing day for submissions is no later than 2:30pm Friday 13th March in the Tender Box, Cessnock City Council Civic Centre, 62-78 Vincent Street, Cessnock.
Expressions of Interest received after the advertised closing time will not be considered.
