Arial font
Colour black only
Minimum of size 11
Copy and paste the email signature from below, and edit with your details.

- Remove Q | if not part of the Q Community
- Insert your name (in bold)
- Insert your Job Title, (regular font)
- Insert your mobile number first, with spaces
- Then landline second or remove if not required.
- Ensure to remove the “|” between the numbers if only showing one number.
- Insert your personal twitter handle (only if using for work purposes)
- Remove any extra line spaces before and after the signature by pressing backspace and/or delete.
