YOGA IN THE A-KERK
Our guest teacher of March, Julia Engelbrecht from Open Yoga, will lead a slow flow Vinyasa class with a focus on connections- both between parts of the body and the mind, and yourself and others.
This class is suitable for all levels of yoga experience. Just bring a yoga mat, and we will provide tea and snacks to make new connections with fellow yogis a little bit sweeter!

FRIDAYS IN MARCH
LEKKER KLETSEN
In our Lekker Kletsen series, we offer two varieties of language support for those looking to improve their Dutch.
On the first and third Fridays of March, we have our in-house docent Nederlands Harlynn to guide A2 speakers and up through grammar exercises and games.
On the second and fourth Fridays, B1 speakers of Dutch and up are invited to discuss news articles that we will post on social media few days before the event.

LECTURE: INTERNATIONALIZATION OF EDUCATION
In collaboration with SIB Groningen and the Groninger Studentenbond, we are hosting an evening dedicated to the heated debate around the costs and benefits of increased internationalization of Dutch universities.
Dr. Robert Coelen, Professor of Internationalization of Higher Education at NHL Stenden University, will first present a lecture on the topic. Afterwards, there will be ample room for discussion during a Q&A session.

Last month, we hosted our first TGIF Borrel, and since it was such a blast, we wanted to repeat it ASAP!

ART TOUR
Back by popular demand: our art tour!
Groningen has more than 400 artworks decorating its streets. Discover a wide range of hidden street gems and hear the stories behind these artworks during our guided walking tour.
The oldest statues we'll be walking past date back to the 17th century; the most recent additions are from 1997. We'll see memorials of World War I and II, and we'll pay special attention to the intriguing Jewish history of the Folkingestraat.
