SCC Drop-Off/Pick-Up Procedures

A NOTE FROM THE SCC REGARDING DROP-OFF | FEBRUARY 24, 2020
Please review the following note from the SCC...  This following email was sent to all Club Directors.  While we have not received any direct feedback regarding our CCJ families violating the SCC parking procedures, we are forwarding the following correspondence with everyone as requested.

Our Practice Policies and Procedures - including the SCC's Drop-Off and Pick-Up Procedures are listed under Member Resources on the CCJ Website.  If you have any questions regarding this, please feel free to contact us.

Dear Club Director:

We are requesting your assistance.  For the past 3 weeks our staff has worked outside during the evening, trying to inform parents and asking them to move their vehicles from the yellow curb/drop-off area.  The amount of push back and grief from your parents is very surprising.  We continue to have multiple parents who pull into the yellow curb/drop-off area, park, and wait for their athlete to exit the building.  This causes cars to back up into the driveway and onto Curtis Road.

Please reach out to your parents.  The yellow curb area is for dropping off their athlete.  If they are waiting to pick-up their athlete, please find an open parking space, park, relax and enjoy the few minutes of quiet time.

Your help in this matter is important to the safety for everyone who uses the SCC.

Thank you
