The Enneagram is both an ancient and a new tool for personal and collective transformation. Stemming from the Greek words ennea (nine) and grammos (a written symbol), the nine-pointed Enneagram symbol represents nine different styles for relating to the self, others and the world. Each Enneagram type has a different pattern of thinking, feeling and acting that arises from a deeper inner motivation or worldview.
Additionally, we will move to a different style when we are under stress or relaxed. Learning about these patterns and styles fosters greater understanding of ourselves and others and exposes the relational gunk with causes conflicts, mistrust and miscommunication.
We believe that enneagram processing and understanding provides a unique framework to understand interpersonal relationships, help teams to function at higher levels and represents a unique way for you to grow in your life and ministry. For all these reasons, we are so excited to have the team from ForgeWorks (theforgeworks.org) share the Enneagram at this conference.
Exploring the Enneagram: A Tool to Understanding Yourself and Others is a $30 add-on session at the same time as the Friday afternoon tours. If you've already registered, you can go back into the registration system and select just the Friday Afternoon Enneagram. If you haven't registered yet, you can just select the session as you register.
