Watermelon
The last few weeks of Summer are perfect Watermelon weather, don't just reserve Watermelon for snacks make sure you include them as part of dinner. This Watermelon and Feta Salad is a favourite for my family.
Courgette
Courgette Fritters are on my radar this week. For me the trick is to load it up with cheese and cook in plenty of butter. Have a look at this Gordon Ramsay recipe for some inspiration, it's a little more substantial than a fritter and is a great recipe to increase your daily veg intake.
Sausage of the week
Pure Beef is this week's World Famous in Hillcrest Sausage of the week. I know this is popular with a lot of our regulars so we have put another couple of batches in the program this week.
Round Beans
