Show your employees that you appreciate their commute choices by rewarding them! An incentive program is an effective, simple, and low-cost way to make your workplace stand out by showing that you care about your employees' commutes. We will hear from local organizations about how they encourage commute options through incentives and learn from each other through discussion. Then, WTA will share our revised Commute Champions program where employees can earn rewards by changing up their commutes. Bring your thinking caps; we're looking for feedback in order to make this our best program yet.
