As a guest who sailed aboard ShipRocked 2020, you have been automatically registered for the SR21 Presale, which will provide you with the opportunity to select and reserve a stateroom for ShipRocked 2021 before cabins go on-sale to the general public.

A week or so before the SR21 Presale begins, you will be sent an email containing your individual booking Token (access code), as well as your earliest booking date and time, along with complete information about how to select and reserve your stateroom for the cruise, add your cabinmates, make payments, etc.

Earliest Booking Date & Time Explained

When the SR21 Presale begins, you will be able to use your Token to access the ASK4 Reservations system at any point after your earliest booking date and time.

Your earliest booking date and time is determined and ordered first by the number of ShipRocked cruises you've attended in the past, and then by the date and time you reserved your cabin for SR20.

All cabins are sold during the Presale on a first-come-first-served basis, subject to the earliest booking dates and times of all those who have registered for the Presale, and subject to remaining inventory at your earliest booking date and time.

Being registered for the Presale does not require that you make a stateroom reservation, nor does it guarantee that staterooms will still be available to purchase when it's your date/time to book.

What If The Cruise Sells Out?

Should the cruise sell out before your earliest booking date/time, or at any point during the Presale, we will create a waiting list for all those who are still interested in booking should stateroom cancellations occur. 

Please note: If you register for the Presale and are unable to book a cabin, you will NOT be automatically added to the waiting list. Additionally, your sailing history will not determine your place in line on the waiting list. Waiting list information will be made available upon the cruise selling out.
