On behalf of the organizing committee, we are excited to announce the 2020 Tibetan & Western Integrative Medicine Symposium, which will be held again at Stanford University on May 22 - 23, 2020.
 

This year, our focus is "Conscious Wellness: Tuning the Mind-Body for Health and Prevention." We invite the world's most dedicated clinicians, healthcare professionals, physicians, researchers, and educators to present their knowledge and groundbreaking research in Tibetan Medicine, clinical science, and integrative medicine.

This year, we will have pre-conference workshops, four panel discussions on the topics of mind and body balance and imbalances from different angles and traditions, Nejang - Tibetan yoga to start the day, and a few breakout sessions on Saturday afternoon. And of course, we offer a healthy and nutritious lunch.

The event is non-profit and completely volunteer-staffed. All money donated will be used to cover the travel and housing expenses of our visiting practitioners and physicians who will be traveling from around the US and from as far away as India and Tibet. Donations will also be used to offer a small honorarium to our esteemed participants. All donations will be processed under the Global Health Research Foundation, which is 100% tax-deductible in the USA, under section 501(c)(3) of the IRS code.
