Hi everyone – members and non-members,
A reminder that this weekend’s event is in Denmark with 3 courses on offer. 1k suitable for complete novices, 3km, and a longer course which is the 3km course plus an extra few kilometres. The relevant event information is to be found on a link from our website, www.adhocorienteers.com.au
Last event in Little Grove we had 39 participants and what we believe is WA’s first competitive Maze Orienteering - Jen set up a simple maze with tape and pickets and this challenged the brains of everyone, especially those who’d just run most of the Medium course before entering the maze!
This weekend in Denmark our splits printer will be back in action so participants will be able to compare their split times immediately post-run.
Tony Whittaker is the course setter and he’s hoping for a good turnout in his neck of the woods.
