The Pennsylvania Immigration and Citizenship Coalition (PICC) has Monday and Friday volunteer slots open to register new citizens to vote after naturalization ceremonies at US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) at 30 N. 41st Street. It is a moving experience to watch the ceremony and register new citizens. In 2019, PICC volunteers registered 8000 new Americans.Sign Up Here
